adb shell settings put global captive_portal_https_url https://www.google.cn/generate_204
OR
adb shell settings put global captive_portal_mode 0
然后开关飞行模式

修正系统时间

设置->系统->日期和时间->使用网络提供的时间 :关闭该选项
然后手动调整时间为当前地区时间
